Michael Minni, DO, is a board-certified family practice physician. Dr. Minni uses lifestyle medicine as the foundation for the treatment of chronic diseases as well as preventive care services. He encourages and empowers patients to live healthier lives by addressing physical activity.

Kenneth L. Jacobson
MD

Kenneth L. Jacobson, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician.
Dr. Jacobson provides medical care to patients of all ages. He is committed to building trusting patient partnerships, where the patient actively participates in their wellness.

Rachael Cirone, MSN, FNP-BC Family Medicine

Rachael Cirone, MSN, FNP-BC, is a highly skilled and knowledgeable family nurse practitioner at the Roxborough Memorial Hospital Urgent Care, where she provides urgently needed medical care to patients of all ages. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Drexel University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Villanova University.

Dr. Joel Wagman
MD

Dr. Joel Wagman is broad-certified in family medicine, and he has a certificate of added qualifications in hospital medicine from the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). Dr. Wagman earned his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. He went on to earn his medical degree at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia.

I am usually skeptical about urgent care, but this place was fantastic! The staff was friendly and the receptionist accommodating when I asked her to call me when it was my turn so that I could wait in my car due to difficulty breathing with a mask on. The facilities were spotless and modern. I probably waited about 35 minutes, which I think is pretty good for a walk-in. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. He efficiently and patiently explained the reasons for all of my symptoms, gave me options for treatment, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I'm happy to know that this place is nearby!

A general urgent care visit is when you want to schedule an appointment to discuss an ailment or issue. It’s different from regular check-ups in that there’s something specific to talk about, but should not replace visits to the ER for emergencies. You can schedule an urgent care visit today or for a future convenient date and time.

Are walk-ins available?

Walk-ins are always welcome at our urgent care clinics. Feel free to reserve a spot online for in person or virtual visits. This may speed up the check-in process and secure an available time.

Can urgent care refill my medications?

We’re happy to evaluate you. Depending upon the type of medication and the last time it was refilled your provider will discuss options available for a refill, new medication or connecting you with a primary care provider.

What kinds of tests can urgent care perform with same day results?

There are a variety of test available such as flu, strep throat, and COVID. If you are experiencing pain with urination or symptoms related to sexually transmitted infections, the urgent care can help with those as well.

When should I go to urgent care vs an emergency room?

The UC can provide care for mild symptoms such as fever, cough, vomiting or diarrhea and injuries such as a cut, sprains/strains or broken bone . If you are experiencing the onset of severe pain or symptoms such as difficulty breathing, chest, abdominal pain or stroke like symptoms go to the ER.

When should I see urgent care vs a primary care clinician?

If you are experiencing a mild illness such as a fever, cough, sore throat or sustained an injury that is need of immediate attention. See a primary care provider to gain insight into your overall health status, discuss preventive screenings based on your family history and age and monitor chronic conditions.
